Welcome to Marcus Whitman Elementary, home of the Mustangs!

The elementary years bring exciting new challenges and opportunities. It’s the prime time to nurture social and emotional awareness and skills for learning. That's why social-emotional learning is integrated into our classrooms, so we can teach children not just about math and language arts but how to understand and manage their emotions, control their reactions, be aware of others’ feelings, and have the skills to problem-solve and make responsible decisions.
